FUNCTIONALITIES:
When you use the Stingray BBQ, you simply lift a hamburger with the spatula (1), flip a tuna steak with the tong (2), grab a sausage with the toothed tong (3), pierce a vegetable with the fork (4), and gently release it from the fork with the help of the ‘launch control’ (5). The launch control is activated by gently closing the Stingray BBQ when there is food on the fork. The spatula will gently push the food from the fork, preventing the food from being launched. When you put the Stingray BBQ on the table, the curved spatula makes sure that it will sit up (6) to prevent the table from getting dirty. All this can be done with one hand, leaving the other hand available to hold a plate or a drink. To also be able to open a drink without the need to change tools, a bottle opener (7) is integrated in the lower handle. After you are done barbecuing, put it in the dishwasher to clean it, lock it and store it.

The non-stick grill mats are perfect when cooking at home, and also ideal for cookouts in parks and campgrounds to provide an instantly clean surface to cook on. Instead of BBQ sauce causing food to stick and become mangled or burnt, it will flip over easily to remain intact, and cook to perfection. This results in better tasting food, will not retain or transfer tastes or odors between uses. They are totally washable and reusable. They are made from fiberglass fabric coated PTFE (Teflon) similar to what is used for non-stick pots and pans. 

【How to Use】
Copper grill mats cannot be in contact with an open flame and need to be far enough above an open heat source that they aren’t exposed to temperatures above 500F. This is not a shortcoming of the product. Limit of 500F degrees as specified by the FDA for all nonstick cookware. Otherwise copper grill mats will be burned-out and can’t be cleaned at higher temperatures (626F). Chef recommends barbecuing between 300F and 400F. 

【How to Clean】
1: Always wash your mats immediately after use. Soak the mats in soapy water for a while or longer and then wipe them clean. TIP – if something you’re cooking is sticking to the mats use the soft side of a scrub pad to scrub it off. The longer it’s on there the harder it will be to remove.
2: Put the mats in your dishwasher, on the top rack and run it on hot. Usually, that will remove any stubborn residues.

WARNING
1.Use mats at low-medium heat settings.
2.For stability,let grill or oven heat up before using mat.
3.DO not use mat in temperatures above 500F degree/260C degree.
4.Do not use metal or sharp utensils on the mat.
5.When using a charcoal or wood fired grill,coal or wood must be glowing hot and not actively flaming,before placing the mat on the grill surface.
