Serious Errors in the Book I just got this book in anticipation of cooking out for the 4th. Amazon delivered it on time, heck it got here earlier than predicted. But then I looked at the recipes I wanted to cook. Primarily smoking some ribs and of course that requires the Dickey’s rub. The recipe says it produces 5 cups but the ingredients only total 2 cups. Worse is the recipe for Old Fashion BBQ Rub on the same page. It claims to produce 8 cups but the numbers add up to 12 cups including 4 CUPS of Cayenne pepper…
