GET OUT AND GRILL!!! I recieved this book right in time for vacation last week (April 2014). So, I brought it on the plane to read and enjoy as we had a full day of flying. First off, I have both WICKED GOOD BBQ, AND WICKED GOOD BURGERS, both 5 stars as well. And GRILL TO PERFECTION gets a 5 star from me due to many factors of this book. I hated it but not my type of food I really, really like Steven Raichlen’s book on grilling, but this book so far is teaching me something new: How to use my backyard grill in combination with cooking tricks (and ingredients) from nice restaurants and clever chefs.
