  1. Works well enough but super light So far I am liking these things for their purpose. That being shredding meat obviously. I make a lot of roast and it feels like it take AGES to shred roast with forks. These do make it easier to shred it and I love these things for that. I also love the additional use as a way to flip my roast. I like to flip it a few times during cooking that way the top does not get dry and crust. At a certain point though it is hard to turn it with tongs. I just sank these claws in either side, lifted, and…

The handle is easy to hold and grip. I was able to really shred up some chicken and it will be even easier to shred up some slow cooked pork loin.
