The bible of Barbecue I am a KC native and most of my family members have smokers and dabble in making their own sauces…I still learned So MUCH about the history and techniques of BBQ in this book!It looks like a coffee table book, and it is great for that because there are some great pictures in there and the history of BBQ is presented in a funny and interesting way.
