Tips if you have a Pellet Smoker Tube:
1. Don’t start this fire inside the smoker; start it outside first and then move it in.
2. Make sure there’s no meat placed directly above the tube, otherwise the fire will go out. If you spritz or mop your meat, be careful so it doesn’t drip onto the tube.
3. Don’t place the tube directly beneath the heating element. This area is too hot and the pellets will expand and not burn correctly.
