Awesome I enjoy his style and his recipes suit my style of cooking perfectly. If you enjoy easy to prepare, great tasting recipes, this is the book for you. Smoking meat is a bit science as well as a bit of art. We all smoke to temperature. But unless you have been doing this a long time and have taken a lot of notes, wouldn’t it be nice to have a rough idea how long it will take to smoke your meal? Jeff has a lot of that documented for you. He’ll make you look like a pro at your next family barbecue…
Hard to read This book is for smoking all types of beef, pork, lamb, ham, fish, vegetables, poultry. The recipes are good. I am glad that now I can cook any smoked favorite dish effortlessly. I have a new electric smoker. We found that the planning prescribed for a portion of the things was excessively short – some of the time by as long as 60 minutes. The beneficial thing was the assortment of nourishments that the book secured that I would not have thought to do. I was also pleased with the detailed…
