Always clear the hopper and feed system of the pellet cooker before storage. Storage- Pellets can absorb moisture and cause a jam in the pellet feed system. Always store opened pellets in a sealed container. Instruction for use in BBQ Charcoal, Gas or Electric cooker: Pellets do not require soaking. When coal are ready to cook, toss in a handful of pellets. Put your food on the grill, cover and cook. Add more pellets as desired. For a longer delivery of smoke, place the pellets covered smoking tray, metal box or smoker pellet tube and place over the heat source. This method reduces the air to the pellets so smoke last longer. In gas or electric cooker, put pellets in the smoker box or container meant for wood chips.
