I bought these to be used for my first Summer backyard grill of these season. They were perfect for the dish I cooked which were an baby back rib with an special marinade. The Oak flavor was mild enough to let the nuances of the marinade stand out. The pellets were nice and aromatic. Good quality food grade and not too overpowering.
