When you buy a bbq grill mat,what do you concern?

How is this thin material going to hold up?

How does this not melt?

Is there any impact on flavor?

Is it going to distribute heat well, or will it stifle the heat?

600 Degrees peak temperature. Non-stick BBQ grill mats are surprisingly thin, but will not burn or melt.

The heat distribution was excellent, and the grill food were not able to get a sear.

Since the material is thin, the burgers still got a little bit of grill marks but won’t take longer time to cook things on the grill mat.
