When you buy a bbq grill mat,what do you concern?

How is this thin material going to hold up?

How does this not melt?

Is there any impact on flavor?

Is it going to distribute heat well, or will it stifle the heat?

We use them for cooking things that would fall through or get on the grates like shiskabobs or fish and they work perfectly.I also like that you can throw them in the dishwasher to clean them.
