  1. IT WAS A GIFT AND I WISH THAT I HAD READ IT EARLIER SO I COULD HAVE RETURNED IT! Amazon should be embarrassed to be selling this product! The introduction (see photo), “This book includes full-color photographs of every finished meal …” There are zero full-color photographs in the book. Next item, I show photos of the Smoked Corned Beef recipe. Read the recipe. It looks like a cut and paste job with different fonts used for different sentences. Try to figure out how they get a total cook time of 13 hours 10 minutes. “Smoke the beef brisket for 2 1/2 hours.” Then…
