  1. Recently purchased this “economical cookbook” because I had spent a small fortune on a smoker grill. I should havespent a little more and read the reviews more closely. Mr. Mercer would have done better for himself to have hired an editor or at least gone over his manuscript 2 or more times. Quite a few inaccuracies in his book. No color pictures!!The rub ingredients for his pork ribs sounded a little off. But, I took his word and followed the recipe to a tee. Way too…
