Great concept, needs more thought in the execution **update** 12/11/19 **update**I wanted to provide a small note here that I’m not pretty sure that the probes are only charged via the USB and the actual unit that is reading the probes uses battery. I think this to be true because my probes were on the charger for quite some time, i went out for a cook and it started telling me my unit (meater block) was low on battery. No big deal i thought, i grabbed the charger and plugged it in, to my surprise it did nothing. I had to change the…
