  1. this was awesome. I couldn’t believe a pizza would cook in … I will have to say, this was awesome. I couldn’t believe a pizza would cook in 2-5 minutes on this grill, but i was wrong.. This temp on the smoker was at 355-360, but the pizza stone registered around 700 my first attempt. And it came out awesome, and it timed at 3 1/2 minutes, but it was more of a square pizza.The second attempt I made the smoker at 395 and the stone was clocked at 760. This time the pizza cooked for 3 minutes 2 seconds, the dough cooked a little quicker than i…

  2. Affordable, easy to use, temperature adjustable at the grill, makes perfect pizzas! I’m fairly certain I could live off of eating pizza. I use my GMG smoker weekly and when I saw they had this wood fired attachment for pizza, I jumped on board.I’m very familiar with pellet pizza ovens as prior to this, I also own to Uuni wood fired ovens. Those are great little stand alone units, but they have a few issues.
