  1. Beats the competitions “all-in-one” type BBQs. Don’t buy this if you want a big cooking area. It’s barely adequate for just me and my wife, but this stove top BBQ beats anything out there like the Weber Baby-Q for cooking power. Cook your rib-eye steaks on medium flame for 3 minutes on each side and you’ll have perfect medium rare. I did for four minutes while camping at 7000 ft and had medium well steaks, which I do not like, but thankfully the steaks were Angus beef and very tender, so they weren’t a total loss. My wife loves them well…
