Not true Neapolitan, but still very good! First of all…I am a true pizza fanatic, I own a 48″ wood fired oven and use it to make true neapolitan pizza. As such, I have a fair bit of experience with “artisan” style pizza as well as many others.I have had a camp chef EX280LW for two years now along with several of the accessories and have been happy with its performance. Awesome Oven! I received this oven super quick, even though the delivery estimate was for week later. We used this oven the day we got it and the pizzas were awesome.We have the Camp Chef stand alone pizza oven, so we have experience with this brand of pizza oven. Using this model on top of our Camp Chef three burner stove worked out great for camp pizza! Even with a stiff breeze every now and then the pizzas still were able to cook properly. One big advantage to using this over the stand…
