  1. Ken does it again! Great recipes and easy to follow Ken Fisher never fails to enlighten his readers. I can truthfully say that I have not met one of his recipes that I did not like, once I tried it. I’m a BBQ guy who has burned through a number of smokers over the years, have been judging contests sanctioned by the Memphis and Kansas City organizations for many years, yet Ken always enlightens me with his techniques and recipes.
