  1. Tips on Cement I read reviews on other sites that suggested either heating the glue tube in hot water or using Permatex Copper (colored) cement. I saw more positives about the copper version so I went that route. I used on a BBQ Smoker…to be precise what is referred to as UDS (ugly drum smoker) which is a 55 gallon drum.
