  1. I have had my rotisserie for 8 years or so and love it. The itty bitty book that came with it doesn’t tell you much and I never knew this book existed until I was surfing Amazon one day. It’s good, provides the amount of information needed. Could not find any recipes in it tho that uses the steamer/roasting pans that sit on top of the rotisserie. No pictures of any of the recipes. I bought another one from Diane Phillips that I like better but this will serve as a great companion. Perfect…

Simply wonderful recipes for all of the meat groups, don`t be locked down to roasted although my dogs would be happy for it. Pork loin, which I never cared for is YUMMY, nice and moist, never cared much for chicken but love the rotisserie is superb, but standby for the Best–Kabobs lamb succulent, soft, fantastic flavor.
