The Oklahoma Joe’s Highland reverse flow smoker is similar to our Highland smoker, but adds reverse flow technology which delivers an unparalleled smoking experience with increased heat & smoke evenness. Features 900 total square” of cooking surface- 619 square” in the main chamber & 281 square” in the firebox chamber, & heavy Gauge all-steel construction. A series of 4 removable baffles guide heat & smoke from the firebox into the main chamber of the smoker, where it engulfs the food. Other features include porcelain-coated cooking grates, alternative option smokestack locations & multiple dampers for easy heat & smoke control. Main chamber & firebox employ cool-touch handles to protect hands from heat. Firebox contains a large, stainless steel basket for easier fuel management, & a clean-out door for simplified ash removal. Offers front & bottom shelves, a 3″ professional lid-mounted temperature Gauge & large 10″ wheels for easy mobility. Firebox features a convenient access door to easily tend the fire. Assembled dimension: 57″ wide x 33.5″ deep x 53″ high. Weighs 180.8 lbs.

  1. Great Buy! I really loved this smoker. The heat from one side of the smoker to the other side was not far off, I would say it ranged from 5 to 15 degree difference when it was starting to lower in heat, but when the heat was running nice it would be even heat temp on both sides. So those baffles are really great. The only mods was the silicon and the gaskets. The brisket I made was my best brisket so far probably because it was so much easier to keep a constant heat and it was no longer direct heat like…

  2. I read all the reviews prior to buying and was aware this was not a lang or horizon smoker. I was somewhat surprised when the delivery men commented on the weight of the box, and was impressed at the way the product was boxed every piece was wrapped in plastic and cardboard.
