Beware – closure is tricky and it’s extremely hard to clean up after use! Did 1.5 lbs. of chicken wings. Thought I had the clasp closed tightly as it was hard to snap into place. Then when the wings were about half done on the rotisserie the clasp began to open and the wings almost got dumped into the burners. Good thing I saw it in time. The chicken grease was a nightmare and I had to remove the basket and spit rod from the grill, re-close the basket and put it back on the grill to finish cooking.
