The Memphis Grills Pro Built-In Wood Fire Pellet Smoker Grill combines high quality construction and innovative features to create one of the most advanced pellet smokers on the market. The heavy-duty 304 stainless steel construction ensures a long lasting and durable product, while the 8mm stainless steel cooking grates create a non-stick cooking surface that’s perfect for smoking and grilling alike. The dual wall firebox and oven quality gasket create a tight seal to provide a well-insulated cooking area while the 18-pound hopper capacity allows for up to 62 hours of uninterrupted cooking time. The 562-square-inch cooking area can be heated from 180 degrees to 650 degrees Fahrenheit and can be controlled through the integrated Wi-Fi controller via the free Memphis Mobile App available for both iOS and Android. This cooking area can also be expanded to 834 square inches with optional grates (sold separately).   1. Be aware that rain will enter your cabinet through the vent holes. Great grill, poor design for an outdoor grill unless it is completely under cover from rain. The vent holes in the mounting flange, which run along both sides and across the back, allow rain to enter the cabinet below. When planning to smoke or roast something that takes some time, check the weather carefully.The Memphis cover doesn’t cover the vent holes either. So rain at any time will flood your cabinet.
