Lumber Jack LJACK40-Blend 5086 40-Pound BBQ Grilling Wood Pellets, Competition Blend

Lumber Jack 100% Hardwood Grilling Smoker Pellets We are an actual manufacturing plant that uses real trees and processes them into our products. We are not a co-bagger that simply relies on another manufacturer that may use residue products impossible to track to their original origins. OUR BBQ WOOD PELLETS ARE TESTED By an independent testing laboratory. Our pellets are subjected to ash analysis/chemical composition tests along with the standard ash by weight and heat value testing criteria. We do this to ensure you the public that our pellets are comprised of only pure wood fiber. These tests are available upon request. Lumber Jack grilling pellets is leading the way to develop food grade BBQ wood pellets. You can trust your family’s health protection to our products. FIBER QUALITY What if a pellet maker using residual saw dust used some material that was OAK from ground oak pallets? What if the old oak pallets had antifreeze or chemicals spilled on the pallet and ground up into sawdust? Could you tell? Can the pellet mfg tell? IMPORTANT DISTINCTION IN BBQ WOOD PELLETS Lumber Jack Wood pellets are made by blending the fiber prior to making the wood pellet. This means that each individual pellet is a blend. Most competitors merely blend different flavored pellets together in the bag. The problem with mixing different pellets together is each wood type burns differently making them harder for you to get a consistent smoke. With our blended pellet method, it ensures that each pellet burns the same for a more consistent smoke.

The smell and taste of the smoking woods varied by variety, but all had a “campfire” kind of smell. When I came to pellets and used another very well respected brand, the smoke smelled like burning lumber, very different from wood chunks. The taste of the food was okay but was missing something. When I tried Lumberjack pellets, it was completely…

  2. Stop the search! The best. Period. You will wonder why you even bothered with any other brand. Hands down the absoulte best pellets I have used and from now on the only brand i will use. The smoke flavor is as close as i can come to a an offset stick burner from the ease of pellet grill. These pellets also burn very consistent as the size is uniform unlike the trager brand and cheaper brands that have long and short pieces. Very little ash left behind and for the first time i could get my z grill to sit rock steady at 145 -150 smoke range to make the best jerky Ive done. Also have done…

A lot of other pellet marker use alder and oak wood along with natural wood with natural wood flavor oils. I know a lot of reviews are complete bull$h1t but let me say this is real and please read my long previous review history. This is my wife’s account I’ve used for years. Like she’s into using industrial strength hand grippers? The pellets burned hot, not a lot of ash, and good flavor. This blend is very and I mean very mild. I use a…
