Not acceptable This is a great idea – I received it as a gift and tried it for the first time today. I set the grill to medium heat but it still burned the bottom of the crust. But much worse, I discovered when washing the pan, after eating half of the pizza, that much of the non-stick coating had come off the pan and stuck to the bottom of the pizza.
