  1. It’s going to last… Off the bat, by the weight of the package, I could tell this basket wasn’t a flimsy cheap Chinese product. Not to dis China but with Amazon you never know anymore what you’re going to get. Fire and Fam products appear to be built to last. The basket is well made of heavy gauge stainless steel with enforced corners. I wedged an onion and sliced other vegetables and put it to the test on the gas grill. Everything browned up perfectly, even the onion, separating into ultra thin layers, did not…
