  1. Just like many others here my grill grate also melted during … Just like many others here my grill grate also melted during my first camping trip with this stove! All we did was put some ribs on the grill under med heat in tinfoil. I dont know why they made the grate of substandard metal that can not take heat….Its a GRILL that comes in direct contact with flame! I would gladly pay more if it came with a cast iron grate like i thought it did before I bought it.Also control of the heat on both burners was minimal at best. Its on high, or it…

  2. it seems just a good with a few improvements I bought this to replace the Colman grill / stove I had for many years, until corrosion and time caught up. I was a little unsure about this model because I was able to buy it for a bit less money than the original stove but other than the fact that there is no electronic starter switch, which never works for more than 6 – 12 months anyway, it seems just a good with a few improvements.
