Char-Broil Premium Electric Rotisserie

Char-Broil’s Premium Electric Rotisserie is ideal for care-free cooking of roasts, hams, and poultry. It is designed to fit most 3 and 4 burner grills by mounting to the grill castings on either side of the grill. The rotisserie features an electric motor has a simple on/off switch and plug-in, a one-piece spit rod with black plastic, two 4-prong meat forks, and a 30 day guarantee. When cooking succulent meats, the standard barbeque often fails, drying up natural juices and flavor. To remedy this problem, Charbroil created its electronic rotisserie. The rotisserie fits every Charbroil and many other grills. Perfect for a small rump roast, Cornish game hen, or even a corncob, the rotisserie deliciously expands the boundaries of barbeque cuisine.

The rotisserie rotates meat on a spit, allowing heat to circulate evenly. The rotating motion also allows the meat to self-baste in its own juices. With a standard electrical plug and detachable parts, the rotisserie benefits from easy installation and cleaning. A simple but attractive bamboo handle allows users to manually rotate contents. Charbroil offers a warranty for all parts. –Jessica Reuling

I have the Char-Broil Red 3 burner grill in stainless, and the stainless brackets fit perfectly. There were many complaints about the motor not being strong enough. The “Plastic Housing” motor is…

  2. Works well but certainly not perfect I received this as a gift and have used it about four times so far. It was OK to install, but interestingly enough the brackets don’t fit my Thermos grill all that well. Surprising since both the grill and rotisserie are made by Charbroil. The motor mount won’t adjust quite enough to allow the spit to turn without hitting the lid of the grill. I compensated by slightly propping the lid open ~14″. You may have to remove the grills themselves to allow the food to turn freely…
