every try to cook ribs, low and slow, for three hours and have the flame blow out. You need this! This is just what you need to complete your grill! Weâve had our Camp Chef grill for several years and havenât had any issues, until this summer one trip it was just windy the entire trip. Camp Chef grill is great I tgat it is not going to let any wind blow out its flame, but wind will keep the heat away from your pots and pans and it will take forever to cook anything regardless of the heat source below it! So no more putting it another pan to block the wind… in comes the triple burner…
