It’s tall and it heats quickly (those are good things) Used it to brew a home beer and it performed just fine. The regulator knob is very sensitive and a little twitch will change the flame by more than you’d think. The gas line is long enough to keep the propane tank at a safe distance. This thing heated a gallon and a half of wort in just 10 minutes. I had to watch it very closely and taking my eyes off it for just a few seconds resulted in a small boil-over.
