For me, they were jammed in the middle of the product catalog that was included in the box. The jist of the assembly instructions is this: The small screws go on the outside, the larger nuts go on the inside.   3. Nice during cooking but… Prior to having these shelves, I would leave my Camp Chef setup in my back yard with the 3 burner griddle in place. After cooking, cleaning and covering with the Camp Chef cover was a breeze.
