This is simple. Easy to use. Effective. Heavy. Some complain it’s rusty (mine wasn’t.) Well, it’s iron/ steel. Iron rusts. Treat it like a cast iron pot…season it! If yours is rusty, take steel wool to it (DON’T sandblast it!!) rinse and dry well, then coat it with Crisco and heat it on a slow heat for an hour.
