  2. 11.5-inch width Not a bad little rib rack for the money. I smoked three racks of baby back ribs on it first time out. It performed pretty well. Next time I will choose baby back ribs with a little less curvature in the bone, as the curvature allows them to encroach on the next set of ribs. Try to select ribs that are as straight as possible and those with as little arch as possible. With that said it did a nice job all n all! I sprayed it with a good coat of non stick spray before starting and it cleaned up…
