  2. DO NOT BUY. Please read Don’t buy! Immediately after opening the product i noticed that some of the fasteners were stripped out. I decided to give them a free pass on it. Well shortly after starting it for the first time and following the first time use instructions it immediately stopped working and the auger wouldn’t feed pellets in the firebox. I refered to the user manual which called out a bad auger motor. When i called their customer support it merely consists of calling them and they will eventually call you…
