Useless bluetooth range I was really excited to get this. After years of using cheap bbq thermometers off of amazon, I finally decided to step my game up with the iGrill. I tossed around the idea of getting the more expensive iGrill 3, but after seeing the app could use multiple Minis I decided that I could always add a second or third mini if needed. Easy to set up – the app keeps good track of temp, so if you have phone by bed on overnight cook, you can see it progressing! This is my second one. The first probe began after 10 cooks to be inaccurate. Example, meat temp to start was 54 initially. iGrill Mini showed 121. I had washed the probe in the past with soap and water but did not soak it. Also it takes awhile to connect, about 3-4 failures but in 5 minutes then connects.What do I like?
