Great Addition If you love to use a wok over high heat but you don’t have a gas stove that can provide that, then this is the tool for you. I put it on my Webber which it fits perfectly, and I use the barbecue to get the heat I need to cook Chinese dishes right on the barbecue. Whoever invented this is a genius, because it allows us poor souls who have electric stoves to still cook gourmet Chinese dishes with the proper heat. A Great Grate! I’ve used this accessory all season in conjunction with the 8838 Poultry Roaster (beer can chicken tray) and the 8836 Pizza Stone, both of which I’ve been quite pleased with. The grate itself is a fantastic upgrade for any Weber grill, and I am incredibly pleased with both the design and the construction.
