Read This!!! Good box with some good suggestions. First off you really need to follow the directions and let the chips sit on the grill for 20 minutes plus. You will have no smoke and then all of a sudden you have good smoke. It works great. I like the easy opening lid on the smoke box. It makes it easy to add wood chips to the box. Also I can move the smoker to anywhere on the grill. Total disappointment from a company i really like This thing is poorly made, and has far, far too much ventilation which allows the chips to catch fire. Soaking chips doesn’t prevent them from catching fire either, just delays it. The smoker box from the “other” grill company that usually makes lower priced stuff is cast iron, and while not as pretty out of the box or quite as easy to use (no hinged lid) works perfectly because there are NO HOLES ON THE BOTTOM.
