Before using,clean the mat with a soft sponge

 Do not use directly over fire

 Use the mats at low-medium heat settings

 Do not use the mat at temperature above 500℉/260℃

 Do not use metal or sharp utensils on the mat

 For stability,let grill or oven heat up before using the mat

 Do not touch the mats while they are hot

 For hand-washing:Clean the grill mats with soap and warm water using a soft sponge
