TRAEGER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!! If I could leave less than one star I would. This unit malfunctioned and the temp sensor was going crazy not holding steady. We contacted Traeger customer service……what a joke. We informed what was happening, followed their instructions, and the unit caught fire. We were then redirected to supervisor and explained everything AGAIN. He apologized stating the rep informed us incorrectly and steps weren’t followed in the right order. Big Problems The wood pellet concept is a good one and when everything goes well, the food tastes great! However, I have had several instances where i had a grill full of food and the unit shut down. When I restarted, the fuel pot was full of fuel (you can’t tell this with the drip tray and grill and food on it). Once it started the full fuel pot burns like a jet engine.
