  2. This is a “Top 99” list as far as I’m concerned, because I know of one that doesn’t deserve to be here. I would probably give this book 5 Stars, and I KNOW judging BBQ is highly subjective, but I cannot sit idly by as LC’s BBQ in Kansas City is awarded a Top 100 ranking in this book. I live in Kansas City and have been to LC’s recently. It is NOT good bbq. It just isn’t. I don’t judge it by the atmosphere, which is quite smokey.
