How to use and clean:
♦ Clean mats, brush tool and food tongs before use.
♦ Place this grill mat on your grill surface. For extra large grills, multiple mats can be used side by side. For smaller or rounder grills, you can use scissors to cut them to the size or shape that suits your grills.
♦ All foods (meat, vegetables, ribs, chicken, burgers, steaks, asparagus, hot dogs, etc.) should be placed directly on the mat.
♦ Use silicone brush to spread marinated sauce on food, use stainless steel food tongs to pick up and turn the food over so that it is evenly heated on both sides.
♦ While the grill mat still have residual temperature, wipe it down with a damp cloth and then wash it with soap and water.

Note:
★ Please can not be used on open fire as this will damage the mats.
★ Use mats at low-medium heat settings (300°F – 400°F).
★ Please do not use sharp stainless steel or metal tools to avoid scratching the mats.
★ Please don’t use scratch pad or abrasive brush while cleaning mats.
★Lay the mats flat or roll them up for storage. Don’t fold them please.
