Notes & Tips:

– Place the soaked cedar planks on indirect heat when grilling.

– Disposable use is suggested for better experiences and testing.

– If cedar plank catches fire during the grilling , move the plank to indirect heat and place some grilling oil on the plank. But do not place too much oil and drop on the charcoal to avoid catching fire.
