If you just simply turn it on without measuring anything, it shows the room temperature. It reads in Celsius and Fahrenheit,I set it in Celsius. I tried it with my coffee,just put it into the coffee and it shows the temperature. It is very sensitive and reads very fast. If you leave it in the coffee, the reading will decrease slowly…
