Updated recently to DUAL FILTRATION system (not pictured or described) The SnowJoe Ash Vacuum works well for small jobs but for large jobs be prepared to be constantly be emptying the bucket since it does get filled up real quick. I guess that is a good thing since it means that the vacuum has good suction to fill up a 4.8 gallon bucket so quickly.We use a large wood-stove to heat our entire two-story ranch home. I dreaded cleaning out the wood-stove sine we use a small ash shovel and bucket, and then using a vacuum to pick up the ashes that dropped…

  2. Pretty good pellet stove cleaning I used to use a shop vac for the dirty task of cleaning the pellet stove every few months. It’s nice to have a dedicated ash vacuum instead of having to clean up the messy shop vac.Things I like:- metal construction of the body, the hose and the wand- “pre-filter” bag to reduce the load on the pleated filter- short, manageable hose- not too noisy- container has a bucket bail, easier to manage carrying than oddball “handles”…
