Rusted out in 3 years. I don’t like posting reviews early on. I can say this is one of those times I think it pays to wait. The initial quality was good. Assembly was easy. It was heavy after I put it together so that usually means good quality. I have owned the smoker for 3 years now and am not sure I would buy another one. The chip pan, which I thought was good quality early on has now burned through in two of the three chip placement areas. The ring that centers the chip pan over the burner has completely rusted…
Pretty good beginner’s smoker, but customer support is a pain. For the most part, this smokeris great. There’s plenty of room to smoke, it’s easy to use, and it’s pretty good quality. I would suggest that people interested in smoking look into offset smokers. Just so you don’t have to open up the smoker itself to replace wood while losing heat. It’s not a big deal, but it can be a pain and add some time to your smoke.I will say that their customer service is pretty terrible.When I received my smoker through Amazon Warehouse, the box…
