  1. Transforms bbq cooking to a new level. I have been smoking for years and am now using a large traeger smoker. Being able to use 6 different temperatures probes is a game changer in my smoking. It has the ability to totally transform my cooking. Chicken, pork, brisket, beans and dessert can all be cooked at the same time and each can be cooked to perfection. I have not yet used more than one probe at the same time but it is accurate and well-made. I also love the temperature graph that tells you not only where you are but how quickly you are reaching your target temp which allows for adjustment of the temp if a longer cooking time is desired for tenderness. In all, I am very happy with it and I consider it hands-down better than the Weber…
