What a pleasant surprise. Great for smoking and searing! Picked one of these up with a little hesitation. The construction was way better than anything else I’ve seen out there but was worried about it not being able to do everything I wanted. I wanted a smoker but didn’t want to have to have two grills in the backyard. I was pleasantly surprised that I didn’t need my gas grill anymore.
