Absolutely Awesome If I could, I would give this 8 stars! It worked perfectly- you get “shredded” pork instead of “pulled” (bigger pieces) but the difference is of no consequence. Cleanup was very easy. Just make sure you use a deep pot to shred & you are golden. Pulled two butts (separately) in around 2 minutes. I was going slow because this was my first time using this. I love smoking lots of pork butt when i do it I’ve been looking at buying one of these for about a year and haven’t because the price seems a little expensive. I finally broke down and got one.
