I hate this thing!!!! I bought it from Walmart on March 23 2018 and have had constant trouble with temp spikes taking it 100 degrees above desired temp setting!!!!! I thought it was something I was doing wrong and I read the manual over and over again and never saw anything that could help it. Today April 9 2018, I called customer service and talked with Jarred (I believe that is his name) and he could care less showed no emotion or empathy in his voice and said that it can spike for a while…
