Bad Design Seems sturdy, but was missing parts right out of the box. Store I bought it from wanted no part of it after selling it ao I called customer service. They were great. Used it once for 3 hours last summer then covered it and stored it in my heated garage. Just took it out to use it yesterday and it’s completely DEAD. Customer service at pit boss said to try to replace the fuse, which is a massive chore. This smoker is not user friendly. I had to empty half the 50 pounds of pellets from the…
Trash product. Doesnât feed pellets after second use.
